Seattle Sweet Tea

Heidi has been brewing some version of this delightful tea for over 12 years since we were cooking in Seattle Farmer’s Markets. It has evolved and changes with the seasons, but it’s always made with love and fresh herbs from our gardens. This summer, we’ve been adding Spanish lavender, Lemon verbena, bee balm, lemon thyme, and anise hyssop for extra depth of flavor. Always sweetened with honey.
